Ocean Edge Estates

Winner of a Gold Prism Award and a NAHB award, this luxurious estate in Swampscott, MA was in complete disrepair.  Historical Commission review was required and approved, allowing us to turn the dilapidated mansion into 4 townhouses with three floors and gorgeous open views that overlooked the ocean and the Boston skyline.

The mansion itself was 14,000 square feet and we added finished living spaces in the rear and private patios for each unit. We also added garages to the front for each unit.

We retained the historical characteristics of the mansion, including the stucco and clay tile roof, and provided amenities required for today's living, such as heated driveways and walkways, private elevators in each unit, top-of-the-line appliances.
