Macero Residence

This project in Andover, MA, was a renovation with addition to an existing 1960’s era, single family, split level home for a client looking to create their forever home. The existing home’s layout was a prototypical ‘split-level’ that had approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of living space. This included bonus play room, and a 2 car garage at the lower level, and kitchen-living-dining on one half of the upper level, and 3 small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the other half. The project entailed the gut renovation to both levels of the existing house, as well as the construction of an addition that would more than double the square footage of the home to 4,300 sq. ft. of living space.

Ocean Edge Estates

Awarded the Gold Prism and NAHB awards, this opulent estate in Swampscott, MA, previously in disrepair, received approval from the Historical Commission to be transformed into 4 luxury townhouses. Each three-story unit boasts stunning ocean and Boston skyline views. We preserved the estate's historical essence, including its stucco and clay tile roof, while modernizing with amenities like heated driveways, private elevators, and high-end appliances. The original 14,000 sq. ft. mansion now features added living spaces, private patios, and individual garages, blending tradition with contemporary luxury.

53 Dwight Street

Located in Brookline, MA, this single family home underwent a full renovation to turn it into 4-story living, including a finished basement that houses a bathroom, bedroom, family room, and office. The kitchen boasts custom cabinets and quartz countertops and butler's pantry. Plenty of sunlight streams through the open floor plan and several bedrooms offer plenty of living space for a large family. The home is within walking distance to Coolidge Corner and also has a fenced in yard and private parking.

Bay State Residence

Nestled in Boston's historic Back Bay, O'Sullivan Architects has beautifully converted a former office into a modern two-bedroom condo for a young professional couple. The heart of the home is an office, distinguished by a classic fireplace, set against the backdrop of a minimalist kitchen and a bright living room. This project seamlessly fuses the area's architectural heritage with contemporary design, reflecting our adaptability and commitment to client satisfaction.
