545 East 3rd Street

Located on an unusual shaped parcel in a small-scale South Boston residential neighborhood, the site posed challenges with only 30 feet of frontage, and a 1-½ story grade change from the street front to the rear.  75% of the building is located on land locked rear portion of the site. Along the street there is a modest residential entry and lobby to take you into the building which is comprised of 18 residential units in a mix of 1,2 and 2+ dens units.

Avery at Swampscott

Avery at Swampscott  is a three-building, garden-style, development on 2-acre, long and narrow infill site with steep uphill slope of 49 feet from the street to the rear of the property. The front building is larger with 18 units, the other have 12-unit each, all with garages at grade level.  There are 6 unique layouts ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,500 SF and all contain 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The Brook

The Brook

The Brook is a stylish and sophisticated 5-story boutique apartment building designed for today’s living and located in Cambridge, MA.  Well-manicured public parks surround the area including Fresh Pond and nearby dog park and the MBTA Red Line is only a short walk away.  The project program included USGBC LEED Silver certification, flood mitigation and resiliency, bike room, roof deck, and mechanized heated garage.

Michael's Landing

Michael’s Landing, located in Lynnfield, MA, was permitted under the Massachusetts 40B zoning and has a total of 68 luxury apartments.  It is situated at the edge of The Hawkes Pond nature reserve and trails with convenient direct access to US Route 1, offering a unique blend of tranquility and vibrancy. The extensive amenity area stretches over two floors and includes a fitness center, business center, resident clubroom with tasting kitchen, and professional-grade VR gaming area.
